Who is the coaching actually for?

The entire design of this coaching works against dependency. The goal is that you leave with a self-coaching reflex — the tools to run the internal audit yourself, make B.O.L.D decisions without prompting, and sustain the esteem-do-gain-enjoy loop independently. How do sessions work logistically?
All sessions are direct 1:1 with Kushal Ratkal — no assistants, no junior coaches, no group formats. Held via video call. Sessions run 60 minutes. You complete a short pre-session questionnaire before Session 1 (which becomes the basis of your Identity Audit Report). Sessions do not expire — if life intervenes, your investment is fully protected with priority rescheduling.
